Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

:Key Responsibilities

1-Coordinate customer compensation and returns processes, ensuring proper control, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement

2-Support petty cash management in coordination with Finance, ensuring proper control and prioritization of needs

3-Ensure effective supply and demand balance to protect brand reputation and customer retention

4-Manage inventory levels in stores to ensure product availability while minimizing overstock and cost impact

5-Manage and maintain relationships with E-Commerce platforms (e.g. Jahez, Nana, etc.) and ensure smooth daily operations

6-Support expansion into new E-Commerce platforms and digital channels

7-Analyze E-Commerce operational performance and its impact on financial and operational KPIs

8-Support development of digital campaigns by analyzing market trends, seasonality, and customer behavior

9-Prepare and provide performance reports to management, highlighting results and improvement opportunities

:Qualifications & Experience

1-Bachelor s Degree
