Customer Experience: Making the returns/exchanges process (easy buying) fun, easy, and enjoyable.

  • Issue Resolution: Quickly solving problems and addressing customer complaints.
  • Teamwork: Working with all teams to meet IKEA's goals.
  • Operational Support: Handling returns and exchanges according to store procedures.

Prior experience in a customer-facing role is required.
