Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Listing new products and updating rich content and content optimization on Amazon and Noon marketplace.
- Amazon advertising, customer support & inventory management.
- Prepare and track Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales reports align with line manager.
- Track the seller account health- reduce the order cancellation and return rate.
- Maintain the product content update to date and enhance better product reviews.
- Review product traffic vs sales report against defined KPI.
- Ensure store-customer satisfaction, health, traffic, and operational success;
- Internal team coordination to ensure stock availability and updated content; add value/convenience for better customer experience.
- Maintain FBA/FBN and DF stock alerts, keep the team informed on replenishment.
- Proactive event participation with product listing and price updates.
- -Attend the marketplace training session and action accordingly.
- Enhance Seller rating- align current operation task to achieve desired seller rating.
- Ecommerce Partner Order Fulfillment-SAP Billing (Online Platform). Check Stock Availability of the Ordered Items. Enter the details in SAP. Generate Air way Bill and Packing Slip. Sent Email to Warehouse for preparation of the Orders.
- Order Return and Cancellations: Nazih/Market Place--File SAFE-T Claims & Disputes if received in non-sellable condition, leakage and opened. Search the Billing Documents and Enter the Returned Qty. Send the details to Warehouse on Sales Return for PGI.
- Prepare Order Cancellation Report. Generate list of Orders Rejected by Buyer/Refused Delivery/Cancelled Order. Enter the return details in SAP once email is received at warehouse. Send email to warehouse to pull-in the stocks in SAP.
- Monitor Ecom Partner Stock and ensure mini stock level.
- Coordinate/Monitor/Plan and Review Partner Marketing Calendar and plan advance inventory.
- Share New Product Listing update with the partner periodically and push product listing.
- Product Listing verification and correction: New Stocks Image/A+Content Correction.
- Prepare Partner Slow-moving/Non Moving SOH inventory and propose clearance plan.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Engineering/IT Graduate with Minimum 1yr+ Digital mkt/ E com Sales experience.
- Minimum of 1+ years of SAP billing fulfillment experience.
- Strong analytical skills with knowledge with MS Excel MIS
