Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver jewelry education programs, including diamond grading principles (4Cs – Cut, Color, Clarity, Carat)
  • Train retail staff on gemstone identification, certification, and product knowledge
  • Educate teams on luxury customer service techniques and brand positioning
  • Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and visual aids
  • Assess learning effectiveness through feedback and performance evaluation
  • Stay current with gemological trends, certifications, and retail innovations
  • Travel to stores or events as required to conduct training sessions
  • Support onboarding and development of new sales staff

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the retail jewelry industry (preferably with international brands)
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in diamond grading and evaluation
  • Graduate Gemologist (GG) certification preferred; other gemology certifications/courses accepted
  • Bachelor’s degree in a science-related discipline
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage)
  • Confident public speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel for training and educational events
  • Currently based in Dubai
