Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. JOB PURPOSE
The Educator is responsible for supporting L Or al with the coordination leverage needed among the brands, the company, the hair stylists and colorists, to ensure proper training strategy implementation. He/She is also responsible for hands-on, open days, live sessions, training plans, coordination with internal and external service functions.
2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSABILITIES
1. Marketing and Education:
- Execute, deliver and upskill the hairdresser s education through webinars, in-salon visits, etc.
- Work closely with the sales team in the field.
- Participate in event planning and execution in coordination with the Direct Manager.
- Ensure target is met based on KPIs.
- Maintain contact and communication with customers and strengthen the online community.
- Follow-up on the loyalty program of salon expert/clubs vs regular salons.
- Attend trainings held with brands suppliers.
2. Digital Marketing and Social Media:
- Coordinate with e-commerce team and online platforms to guarantee clear, updated, and impactful visibility online.
- Plan and execute online and social media strategies and campaigns within the allocated budgets.
- Plan and implement social media content calendar on group and brands accounts.
- Monitor the online activities of the competitions brands and influencers to identify and plan differentiated opportunities for collaborations.
- Identify potential influencers/stylists/colorists and prepare all needed assets for product seeding.
Ensure clients promote own brands on social media tagging the official pages and Holdal page.
3. Coordination and Reporting:
- Responsible for creating their own routing plan based on market needs and submitting it to education manager for review.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports in order to help monitor and evaluate activations performance for effective strategic planning.
3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales. Experience with hairdressers is a must.
- Fluent in Arabic and English. French is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Enthusiastic and knowledgeable about digital technologies and platforms (social media, e-com ).
