Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with installation, wiring, termination, and integration of electrical, electronic, and instrumentation systems
Support testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities
Perform routine inspections, preventive & corrective maintenance
Diagnose and resolve electrical/electronic faults using approved tools and safety practices
Provide on‑site technical support during installation, shutdowns, and maintenance
Maintain accurate documentation, maintenance logs, and inspection records
Work collaboratively with engineers and multidisciplinary technical teams
Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies, IEC standards, permit‑to‑work systems, and local Qatari regulations
Support operations in industrial, onshore, and offshore environments
Desired Candidate Profile
Diploma/Technical Certificate in Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related field
1–4 years of hands‑on experience as an Electrical/Electronic Technician (industrial or oil & gas preferred)
Strong understanding of electrical/electronic systems and basic instrumentation
Ability to read electrical diagrams, wiring drawings, and schematics
Experience with control panels, sensors, transmitters, and field instruments
Basic exposure to PLC/automation systems
Strong troubleshooting skills with a high safety focus
Offshore flexibility required
H2S, confined space, or offshore safety certifications are an advantage
Ability to work on‑site and support regional projects (Qatar, UAE, KSA)
