Role & responsibilities
The E&I Manager is responsible for managing all electrical and instrumentation activities to ensure reliable and efficient operation of plant equipment and systems. This includes overseeing installation, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and modification of electrical and instrumentation systems in compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements and Manpower Management.
Coordinate with Operations Control Room and field teams to ensure smooth equipment performance
Monitor system parameters, throughput, and equipment health to minimize downtime
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety standards.
Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs for all E&I systems.
Ensure minimal downtime of electrical and instrumentation equipment.
Ensure minimal downtime of electrical and instrumentation equipment. Review and approve specifications for E&I materials and equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely supply and quality.
