Roles & Responsibilities

The Electrical Engineer at Nawy Real Estate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical systems for various construction projects. This role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure that all electrical installations meet safety standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and emergency systems, ensuring compliance with local codes and standards.
  • Prepare detailed electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using CAD software.
  • Conduct site surveys and assess existing electrical systems to determine upgrade or repair needs.
  • Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and mechanical engineers to integrate electrical designs into overall project plans.
  • Provide technical support during construction phases and conduct inspections to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
  • Manage procurement processes for electrical materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems to address any issues that arise during installation or operation.
  • Prepare specifications and documentation for electrical systems and equipment.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in electrical engineering and technology.
  • Prepare project reports and documentation for stakeholders and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within the construction or real estate sector.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems design, installation, and maintenance.
  • Proficient in CAD software and electrical design tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, able to work collaboratively with other engineering disciplines.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations related to electrical engineering.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
