Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all electrical works on site from start to handover
Ensure progress, quality, and coordination with all trades
Manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
Support testing, commissioning, and final completion
Report progress and technical issues to Project Management
Scope of Work:
ELV / Low Current Systems (Priority)
(CCTV, Access Control, GRMS, BMS, Fire Alarm, Data & WiFi)
Power Distribution Systems
(MDBs, SMDBs, panels, cabling, final connections)
Lighting Systems (Architectural, Decorative & Smart Control Integration)
(Feature lighting, dimming, scene control, and integration with BMS/GRMS systems)
Generators and UPS Systems
(Critical loads, backup systems, continuity)
Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems
Desired Candidate Profile
6 10 years of strong site experience in electrical works
Proven experience in execution (not only design)
Good understanding of both power and ELV systems
Experience in hospitality / hotel projects is highly preferred
Ability to manage site activities and solve problems on the ground
Team player with strong coordination skills
