Electrical Sales Engineer Alpha Radiant Power Systems Company

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Electrical Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical systems—particularly in LV/MV switchgear—and a proven track record in technical sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell switchgear products and solutions to clients in industrial, commercial and utility sectors. • Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users. • Identify new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets. • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations. • Coordinate with the engineering and project teams to ensure customer satisfaction. • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field. • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the switchgear or electrical industry. • Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV switchgear systems, protection, and control. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Valid and transferable Iqama (for candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia).

Preferred Skills • Experience with leading switchgear brands or manufacturers. • Understanding of local electrical standards and utility specifications. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
