Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough site surveys to assess elevator requirements, including measurements, existing infrastructure, and potential challenges, to formulate accurate proposals.
- Develop customized elevator solutions and technical specifications that meet client needs, considering factors like building type, traffic patterns, and budgetary constraints.
- Prepare detailed and compelling sales proposals, including pricing, technical specifications, and project timelines, tailored to each client's unique requirements.
- Present elevator solutions to clients, effectively communicating technical details and benefits, and addressing any questions or concerns with clarity.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while protecting company interests and maximizing profitability.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and installation, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract closure, maintaining consistent communication and providing exceptional customer service throughout.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, building owners, contractors, and other key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships and generate leads.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding market share, and driving revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree is required.
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as Sales Engineer.
Experience in the elevator industry is preferred..
Valid residency visa is required.
