Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Engineer – Security Systems with 1–2 years of experience in security system sales within the UAE. The role involves supporting sales activities, developing client relationships, and promoting integrated security solutions across various market sectors. The ideal candidate should possess basic technical knowledge of security systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to effectively present solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Support & Client Interaction Assist in identifying and approaching new clients across various sectors in the UAE. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable security solutions. Support the complete sales cycle by preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and follow-ups. 2. Product Knowledge & Demonstration Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Security Systems, including: CCTV & Video Surveillance Access Control Systems Intrusion & Alarm Systems Public Address & Emergency Communication Systems Integrated Security Solutions Assist in delivering technical presentations and system demonstrations to clients, consultants, and contractors.
3. Market Research Conduct basic market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and project opportunities. Collect and share customer feedback to help improve solutions and offerings. 4. Collaboration & Coordination Coordinate closely with pre-sales, technical teams, and project coordinators to ensure accurate proposals and smooth order execution. Provide after-sales support when required to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in Security Systems sales or related technical sales roles. Basic understanding of security technologies and system components. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple client interactions. Additional Requirements Must hold a valid UAE Driving License and have access to a car. Fluency in English is mandatory Preference will be given to candidates: Under personal sponsorship (husband/family/freelance visa) Currently residing in the UAE
