Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, solution documents, and client presentations
Collaborate with the Presales Head and Sales teams to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical workshops for clients
Support the development of RFP/RFI responses and other bid-related documentation
Research and stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic understanding of IT concepts, systems, and enterprise solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
