Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors to understand their needs and provide tailored ELV solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, highlighting the benefits and value proposition of our ELV products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities within the ELV market.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the successful implementation and commissioning of ELV projects.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's brand and generate leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ELV technologies, standards, and regulations to provide expert advice to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in ELV sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and building management systems.
  • Displays excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Is fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Arabic) is a plus.
  • Exhibits a proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a strong work ethic and a passion for sales.
