Sales Performance

  • Minimum AED 10 million+ annual sales consistently achieved over the past 3 years in UAE/GCC ELV projects
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets year-over-year
  • Demonstrable experience in closing large-scale ELV project deals

Market Network & Relationships

Established contacts and relationships with:

  • Facility Management companies
  • Interior Design firms
  • Government entities
  • Retail, Hospitality, and Healthcare sectors
  • Industrial and Manufacturing facilities
  • Oil & Gas, Construction, and Heavy Industries
  • Direct end-user clients
  • Major ELV contractors and consultants

UAE Market Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of successful ELV sales experience specifically in the UAE market
  • Deep understanding of local market dynamics, procurement processes, and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to navigate UAE business culture and decision-making processes

Technical Expertise

Demonstrated project sales success across:

  • Large-scale IP CCTV systems with enterprise VMS platforms (Digifort, Milestone)
  • Video Analytics and AI-powered Security Solutions for industrial safety applications
  • Intelligent surveillance systems with behavior detection and safety monitoring
  • Access Control and Intrusion Detection Systems
  • Perimeter Security Solutions
  • ICT Infrastructure
  • Public Address and Audio/Video Systems
  • Home Automation and Lighting Control
  • Server and Storage Solutions

Business Development Skills

  • Generate and price Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs)
  • Develop retrofit and upgrade project opportunities
