Job Description

As an ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) Security Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing and delivering high-quality security solutions involving ELV systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a keen understanding of security infrastructures. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all systems are installed, tested, and operationally sound. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role demands exceptional communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.


Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage ELV security projects from initiation to closure.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates for ELV security installations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution and delivery of security-related projects.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure project compliance with safety and security standards.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust actions as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation, reports, and records are comprehensive and accurate.
  • Manage project budgets and control expenses effectively to avoid overruns.
  • Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure optimal project resources.
  • Implement risk management practices to mitigate potential project risks effectively.
  • Deliver final project reports and post-project evaluations to stakeholders and management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing ELV projects, particularly in the security sector.
  • Strong understanding of ELV systems and security technologies and protocols.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience with project management tools.
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications for ELV installations.
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to lead diverse project teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for varied audiences.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with budget management and financial acumen for cost control.
  • Problem-solving skills with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
