Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver customer focus support and customer oriented Advisory service to the business across the while organization and achieve the defined KPIs.
- Provide the accurate answer to employee s queries, seek support from third party or escalate if necessary.
- Understand customer needs and adjust the support and proactively work to solve the route cause for the queries.
- SuccessFactors and the ticketing tool Time maintenance for the assigned tasks.
- Ensure monthly payroll activities are done on SuccessFactors.
- Responsible for providing a trusted and quality P&O advisory service by resolving low to medium complexity HR queries and issues in respect of various global and local P&O policies and processes, as defined in the Global Solution service catalogue.
- Commit to payroll cycle calendar and push stakeholders to commit as well.
- SuccessFactors and the ticketing tool Time maintenance for the assigned tasks
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years experience in a HR services environment.
- Knowledge of Labor Laws
- SuccessFactors knowledge
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong Time Management skills
- Familiar with Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
