Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Works closely on allocating offboarding tickets among a team of offboarding officers.
Analyses current systems issues to figure out operational gaps & initiate corrective recommendations that lead to a smooth offboarding process.
Acts as a first point of escalation and acts towards solving all issues and turning the negatives experience into a positive one.
Conducts quality checks on the offboarding team to make sure that they are following the policies and procedures through checking random samples & running system reports.
Assists the Employee Life Cycle tower lead & Offboarding Manager in drafting offboarding processes.
Provides coaching and timely feedback to the team.
Ensures the team members comply with MAF values, ethics, policies & procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 5 years of HR relevant experience.
- Graduate in a relevant discipline.
- SuccessFactors knowledge.
- Knowledge of local / Regional labor laws.
- Customer Focus and Stakeholder Management.
- Reporting and People Management skills.
