Roles & Responsibilities


  • Orchestrate seamless onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and system access are efficiently managed from day one.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information regarding HR policies, benefits, and company procedures.
  • Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality across all HR systems and platforms.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, fostering a positive and productive work environment through fair and consistent practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, contributing to a compliant and employee-centric workplace.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for departing employees.
  • Support HR initiatives and projects, providing administrative assistance and contributing to the achievement of HR goals.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to employees and management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates 2-4 years of experience in HR or a related role, showcasing practical application of HR principles.
  • Holds relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP, demonstrating a commitment to HR professionalism.
  • Displays proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
