Roles & Responsibilities

Employee Engagement Initiatives:

  • Develop and execute engagement programs, activities, and events to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation.
  • Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.

Employee Feedback & Surveys:

  • Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Track employee sentiment and identify trends to enhance workplace culture.

Onboarding & Orientation Support:

  • Assist in onboarding programs to ensure new hires feel connected and engaged from day one.
  • Support training and development initiatives for employees to enhance their professional growth.

Internal Communication & Culture Development:

  • Work closely with HR and leadership to communicate organizational values, goals, and key initiatives effectively.
  • Develop creative content for internal communication channels such as newsletters, social media, and company portals.

Retention & Recognition Programs:

  • Implement and monitor reward and recognition programs to acknowledge employee contributions.
  • Provide recommendations on strategies to improve employee retention and job satisfaction.

Events & Activities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute a calendar of internal events including team-building activities, cultural celebrations, wellness days, holiday parties, and appreciation events.
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate logistics (venue, catering, materials, communication).
  • Manage budgets, timelines, invitations, and post-event feedback.
  • Innovate and refresh recurring events to maintain excitement and participation.
  • Ensure events support organizational values and inclusivity.
  • Align events with engagement goals, wellness objectives, and company milestones.

Desired Candidate Profile

Preferably females with a minimum 1-3 years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR, or Organizational Development.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of employee engagement principles and workplace culture strategies.
  • Familiarity with employee surveys, data analysis, and action planning.
  • Ability to develop and execute creative engagement initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and event planning skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking to assess engagement trends and provide solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Office-based role with occasional participation in company events, external Conferences, with the ability of travelling to our corporate sites.
  • May require flexible working hours to accommodate engagement activities.
