Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise site activities and manage workers Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Prepare BOQs, quotations, and project reports Attend client meetings and handle inquiries Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget Maintain quality control and safety standards Bring new clients and generate projects for the company Support sales and business development activities

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3–5 years UAE experience in fit-out/renovation Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and MEP works Ability to handle site execution independently Good communication skills (English mandatory; Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam preferred) UAE Driving License preferred Strong leadership and team supervision skills
