Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare cost Estimation for all General Service projects.
Prepare the Statement of requirements (SOR), execution, strategy, and budget cost estimate.
Prepare tender documents, contract procedure, technical specifications, and bid evaluation.
Review and amend project control clauses of tender documents as necessary.
Perform pre-qualification, technical, and price evaluation of tenders.
Desired Candidate Profile
- BSC in Engineering, Masters preferred.
- MMUP Licensed (Grade -A)
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Cost Professional (CCP) Certified
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is must.
- 15 years of relevant experience.
- Candidate must be in Qatar
