The Role
As Engineering Manager for myZoi, you will be responsible for the quality, security and processes of our diverse, multi-regional engineering team. You will be challenged to optimise all aspects of the engineering process, to work hand-in-hand with the CTO, Chief Architect and Head of Delivery to provide a coherence and effective engineering organisation. You will work with our SecOps and IT Operations teams to ensure that best-in-class security is adhered to and delivered.

Responsibilities
Ensure best-in-class engineering processes
Build and manage the Engineering effort for myZoi and FITL
Find and recruite the best talent to ensure myZoi gains competitive advantage through technology
Balance a highly regulated industry with the Agility to deliver
Work hand-in-hand with the Lead Architect to engineer a cloud native financial application
Work directly with the Head of Delivery to ensure Engineering have the capacity and capability to deliver
Collaborate with Product, Design and Engineering Teams to create world-leading best-in-clas cloud solutions
Ensure processes are adhered to and continually improved upon
Implement tools and processes to enable operational efficiency, monitoring, and security
Lead by example promoting a safe, collaborative, diverse, and agile culture
Be purpose-driven, embracing and promoting our core values
Drive team performance and growth
Report to the CISO and CTO on technology and security
Keep across industry trends, innovations, regulatory requirements
Be an awesome member of the team, have fun and enjoy social events
