Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Receive, log, and prioritize all maintenance requests from guests and internal departments.
- Coordinate with Engineering team members to ensure tasks are assigned and completed promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of requests, work orders, and completion times.
- Follow up with departments or guests to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Assist in preparing daily job allocations, reports, and shift handovers.
- Monitor and track preventive maintenance schedules and support administrative tasks.
- Handle telephone calls and correspondence professionally and efficiently.
- Support the Chief Engineer/Engineering Supervisors with documentation and departmental coordination.
- Ensure compliance with Hilton standards and procedures in all record-keeping.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the Engineering department.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree
- Previous experience in an administrative or order-taking role, ideally within Engineering or Hospitality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with maintenance management systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- A proactive and professional approach, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset.
