Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Coordinate and monitor engineering service activities, including maintenance, repairs, and facility operations to ensure timely completion.

  • Act as a liaison between engineering teams, contractors, and internal departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.

  • Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks and ensure adherence to maintenance plans.

  • Track and maintain records of work orders, service reports, and maintenance logs in accordance with organizational standards.

  • Assist in managing service contracts and vendor performance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and service quality.

  • Ensure all engineering activities comply with safety regulations, policies, and procedures..

  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and operational issues for management review.

  • Coordinate emergency repair activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

  • Support audits and inspections by maintaining proper documentation and ensuring readiness.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field) is preferred.

  • Alternatively, a Diploma in Engineering or Technical Studies with relevant experience may be considered.
