Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: English Tutor
Location: All GCC Countries
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000/month
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate English Tutor to join a reputed training institute in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have in-depth subject knowledge, a flair for teaching, and the ability to engage students in interactive learning sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tutoring sessions focused on English Literature for school and college-level students.
- Teach literary themes, critical analysis, essay writing, and comprehension techniques.
- Prepare customized lesson plans based on individual student needs and academic goals.
- Support students in improving their reading, writing, and interpretation skills.
- Use modern teaching methods and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Track and assess student performance, providing regular feedback.
- Maintain a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Literature Tutor or Teacher.
- Experience teaching IB, IGCSE & American curriculum to Grade 10,11 & 12.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in English Literature or a related field.
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a training institute is preferred.
- Must be immediately available to join and currently based in the UAE.
