Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and support of enterprise and corporate applications across various business domains.
  • Ensure systems are operational, secure, and optimized for business use.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth delivery and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Lead digital transformation initiatives across Finance, SCM, HCM, and Risk domains.
  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of developers, consultants, and analysts.
  • Empower Emarati team members through structured training, mentoring, and career development programs.
  • Promote a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
  • Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting, enhancements, and minor configurations.
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Monitor system health and performance, and implement improvements as needed
  • Support business teams with access to reliable, timely data through data warehousing and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure dashboards and KPIs are accurate and actionable.
  • Maintain data governance and quality standards across platforms.
  • Manage operational projects such as system upgrades, integrations, and rollouts.
  • Coordinate testing, training, and deployment activities.
  • Ensure proper documentation and change control processes are followed.
  • Ensure applications adhere to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Implement robust change management and documentation practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise application management, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion and/or EBS.
  • Proven experience managing CTRM and EPM platforms is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and risk management processes.
  • Experience in project management, vendor coordination, and team leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, SCM, HCM).
  • Familiarity with CTRM systems and EPM tools (e.g., Oracle Hyperion, OneStream).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.
