Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and choreograph bespoke performances and immersive shows, ensuring each experience is unique, refined, and aligned with the seasonal vision.
- Curate and oversee end-to-end entertainment programs, from creative development to live execution.
- Lead and inspire a diverse roster of international performers and talent, maintaining exceptional artistic standards.
- Orchestrate rehearsals, staging, and live operations to deliver flawless, high-impact performances.
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, and design teams to integrate music, costume, lighting, and spatial storytelling into cohesive experiences.
- Continuously evolve concepts through innovation and reinvention, ensuring each season introduces fresh narratives and elevated guest experiences.
- Oversee entertainment logistics, budgets, and talent management, ensuring operational excellence.
- Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and cultural sensitivity across all performances.
Desired Candidate Profile
Established experience in high-end entertainment, choreography, or creative direction within luxury or large-scale events.
Good global networks of entertainers and talent.
Strong artistic sensibility with the ability to translate concept into immersive reality.
Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and execution.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment driven by seasonal transformation.
