Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Establish successful implementation of the EPMO s strategy, Gap analysis and strategy development, gap analysis and findings reporting, plus systems development. Develop, implement, and governance program management processes, dashboards, templates, policies, and metrics. Complete knowledge of project and governance processes and procedures (complete life cycle).Development of Process and procedures for improved efficiency with management understanding of creation, termination and deadlock mitigation. Monitor Programme reporting and assist team in reporting to Senior Management and stakeholders. Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across the Programme.Ensure cross-Programme dependencies are managed and the dependency log is accurately maintained. Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Resource forecasting. Financial Management; Change Management across the project portfolio .PMIS knowledge transfer and systems training expertise Requirement: Master/Bachelor degree in Civil /Architect or equivalent. Chartership. Working experience on mega projects withPM/CM background having EPMO/ PMO expertise.

Minimum Experience: 25 Year/Local GCC 5 Years (NEOM)
