Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
- Conduct in-depth market research to uncover emerging trends and identify new sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Work collaboratively with marketing to align sales strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to monitor performance and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
- Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client needs are met and foster repeat business.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position products and services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred for foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a B2B environment is essential for success.
- Sales certifications such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) can enhance credibility.
- Experience in technology or software sales is highly desirable due to the nature of our products.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is crucial.
- Candidates with multicultural experience and a diverse background are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Strong technical skills in CRM software and sales analytics tools are essential for data-driven decision-making.
