Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Market Development:
Identify, approach, and build relationships with schools, training centers, universities, and government education bodies in Qatar.

  • Product Promotion & Demonstrations:
    Present and demonstrate interactive learning solutions (e.g., SAIO projectors, Arpedia kits, VR systems) to educators, principals, and procurement teams.
  • Sales Strategy Execution:
    Develop and implement plans to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Tender & Proposal Management:
    Prepare and submit quotations, RFP responses, and commercial proposals for government and private tenders.
  • Relationship Management:
    Build long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent pre- and post-sales support, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Insights:
    Research competitors, pricing, and new trends in the education technology sector to refine the company’s market approach.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration:
    Coordinate with logistics, technical, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery, and effective follow-ups.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline forecasts, and CRM updates.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably within the education or technology sector in Qatar or the GCC.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, especially with schools or government education projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (Arabic and English).
  • Strong understanding of digital learning tools, interactive projectors, VR, or STEM kits.
