What You ll Do

* Support origination and execution of ECM and corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, and private placements
* Participate in client meetings, preparing and presenting pitch materials, marketing presentations, term sheets, and investor decks
* Develop detailed financial models and conduct valuation analysis using methodologies such as DCF, LBO, multiples, and merger models
* Assist in due diligence processes, coordinating with legal, risk, compliance, and other stakeholders
* Evaluate business plans, financial statements, and project reports for business development and mandate execution
* Ensure compliance with FAB policies, risk standards, and international best practices in all transaction-related activities
* Contribute to continuous improvement of corporate finance processes and productivity initiatives
* Provide timely reporting, MIS, and performance tracking for management and team objectives

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, or related discipline (Master s preferred)
* Minimum 2 years of investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A experience with a top-tier bank or advisory firm (Big 4 experience also considered)
* Experience or training in global financial hubs (London, New York, Singapore, Hong Kong) is advantageous
* Strong financial modeling, valuation, and PowerPoint skills
* Solid understanding of equity markets, ECM transactions, and corporate finance structures
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation ability
* Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with client-focused mindset
