Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Urgently seeking an experienced / technically qualified Deliverable Manager to lead and manage ERP-related projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing and managing ERP, HRMS, or CAFM projects in contracting domains from vendors perspective.

Background in software development / consultancy environments preferred.

This role requires strong leadership, technical understanding and a proven experience with ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for ERP/HRMS/CAFM implementations.

  • Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

  • Manage project timelines, scope, and resource allocation.

  • Work closely with development and support teams.

  • Ensure adherence to project delivery standards and best practices.

  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in software project management from vendors perspective.

  • Strong experience in ERP / HRMS / FMS with workflow/process automation exposure.

  • Hands-on experience in workflow design, approvals, and business process mapping.

  • Strong technical background in software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • Experience working in a software consultancy or development firm.

  • Ability to lead and manage team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

  • Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
