Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify gaps and opportunities, translating them into actionable ERP solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption of the ERP system.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines, while proactively managing risks and issues.
Train end-users and provide ongoing technical support.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
Experience with ERPNext.
5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably within a relevant industry such as manufacturing, retail, or finance.
Certification in ERP software (like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) is highly desirable.
Proven experience in project management methodologies.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Solid technical background in programming and databases.
