Duties and Responsibilities:

• Define project objectives, scope, assumptions, and constraints
• Establish clear roles and responsibilities across internal teams and clients
• Build and maintain project plans, resource allocation plans and budget baselines and delivery forecasts.
• Drive project execution according to plan and methodology
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Manage scope changes with clear impact assessment (time, cost, risk)
• Prevent uncontrolled scope creep and delivery drift
• Act as the primary delivery contact for clients
• Ensure clear, structured, and proactive communication
• Manage expectations, escalations, and decision-making
• Deliver projects with a high level of client satisfaction
• Coordinate the work of Business Analysts, Functional Consultant and developers and technical leads.
• Ensure tasks are well-defined before execution
• Resolve priority conflicts and resource constraints
