Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients who can benefit from ERP solutions.
- Conduct discovery meetings with companies to understand their business processes and operational challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
ERP Solution Positioning & Sales
- Understand how ERP systems support core business functions such as accounting, sales, inventory, HR, and operations.
- Present ERP solutions to clients and demonstrate how they address specific business needs.
- Collaborate with the functional and technical teams to propose the most suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
Sales Strategy & Deal Closing
- Apply structured sales techniques to guide prospects through the sales cycle.
- Negotiate terms and successfully close deals with clients.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong client communication throughout the sales process.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company s revenue growth.
Market Awareness & Continuous Learning
- Stay updated on ERP trends, digital transformation practices, and Odoo capabilities.
- Understand industry challenges to better position ERP solutions.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in ERP implementation projects.
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration, MIS, Finance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, sales, and operations.
Experience with business process modeling and requirement documentation.
Excellent analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Odoo or ERP experience is highly preferred.
