Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the joinery estimation process from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing.
  • Analyze project documents, including drawings, specifications, and BOQs, to develop comprehensive cost estimates for joinery works.
  • Prepare detailed takeoffs, quantifying materials, labor, and equipment required for each project.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate favorable terms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant certifications such as AACE or similar, demonstrating expertise in cost estimation.

  • Demonstrates a minimum of 15 years of experience in joinery estimation, with a proven track record of successful projects.

  • Exhibits in-depth knowledge of joinery materials, construction methods, and industry standards.
