Estimator - Accidents Dubai Taxi Company PJSC

Perform detailed assessment of accident damage on various fleet vehicles including taxis, VIP vehicles, buses, and bikes.

Assist in preparing comprehensive and accurate repair estimates including parts, and material costs in alignment with manufacturer and DTC standards.

Support to enter and update repair estimates in the JD System and maintain proper documentation for each case.

Assist in coordinating with internal stakeholders and insurance assessors for claim approvals and inspections.

Liaise with workshop technicians to determine the most appropriate and cost-effective repair methods.

Support to verify the accuracy of post-repair inspections and final job completion before vehicle delivery.

Ensure consistency and compliance in estimation practices across all vehicle types and damage levels.

Document repair timelines, costs, and recommend process improvements to optimize efficiency.

Maintain records of all estimate-related documents, claim files, approvals, and photos as per audit and compliance standards.

Ensure proper use of PPE.

Identify and report any hazards and incidents in nearness.

Enforce compliance with all safety protocols, quality standards, and DTC’s internal policies, fostering a safe and organized workshop environment.

Ensure adherence with quality, health, safety, and environmental standards and promote a culture of technical excellence.
