Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed cost analysis for various engineering projects, ensuring all materials and labor are accurately estimated.
  • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project specifications and requirements for precise bid preparation.
  • Utilize advanced estimation software and tools to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of cost calculations.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive bid proposals to clients, highlighting key cost factors and project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost estimation within the construction or engineering sectors.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience with cost estimation software like Sage Estimating or Bluebeam Revu is a plus.
