Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out works (commercial, retail, F&B, offices)

  • Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications

  • Develop and submit BOQs, cost plans, and tender documents

  • Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors

  • Analyze project scope, identify cost risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities

  • Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams during tender stage

  • Ensure all estimates align with current UAE market rates and standards

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE fit-out experience is MANDATORY

  • Only candidates currently based in UAE will be considered

  • Priority will be given to Immediate joiners
