What You Will Do

• Prepare precise vehicle damage estimates covering repair requirements, labor, and related costs.

• Evaluate damaged vehicles using approved systems (including Audatex) and collect all relevant information from customers.

• Coordinate with insurance companies to finalize estimates following survey results.

• Ensure strict compliance with company processes, QMS standards, and health & safety protocols.

• Maintain professional customer interactions, contributing positively to overall customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on new technologies, procedures, and time standards to improve productivity and service quality.

• Support team objectives and carry out additional duties as assigned by managers or supervisors.

• Excellent communication and customer‑handling abilities.

• Good computer literacy and proficiency in estimation systems (e.g., Audatex).

• Ability to work to high accuracy against time standards.
