Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out and joinery projects. The role involves cost estimation, project planning, and ensuring successful project execution within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and review tender documents and drawings.
Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and materials.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams.
Monitor project progress, cost control, and quality standards.
Conduct site visits and resolve technical or operational issues.
Evaluate quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
Prepare progress reports and project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and client requirements.
Manage project handover and final documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or related field.
Proven experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects.
Strong knowledge of estimation, BOQ preparation, and project management.
Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
