Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic event marketing professional to join our team. This is a pivotal position that blends strategic planning, operational execution, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful delivery of exhibitions and conferences.
The role reports directly to the Event and Exhibition Director and encompasses full responsibility for a dedicated portfolio of events, from initial concept through to post-event evaluation.
In addition to coordinating individual projects, you will also contribute to cross-functional initiatives and support broader team objectives. With increasing demands for innovation and efficiency in the events sector, you will be expected to leverage modern tools, streamline processes, and bring a forward-thinking approach to exhibition management.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
· Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of assigned exhibitions, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and budgets set by management
· Lead the full exhibition cycle, from concept development and planning to onsite execution and post-event evaluation
· Collaborate with other managers and departments to support additional events and ensure a unified approach across projects
· Design and implement effective marketing campaigns tailored to each exhibition
· Plan and execute exhibitor promotion strategies to drive sign-ups, upselling, and brand exposure
· Lead sales efforts, secure sponsorships, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders, corporate buyers, and industry leaders
· Develop and implement visitor promotion campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and footfall
· Coordinate with marketing teams to align messaging and increase audience engagement
· Manage digital marketing activities including social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and search engine promotions
· Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize lead generation and conversion
· Coordinate internal resources and third-party service providers for seamless project execution
· Ensure exhibitions comply with all relevant local laws and uphold the organization’s quality standards
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other key stakeholders
· Track project performance and milestones to evaluate the successful completion of both short-term and long-term objectives
· Develop and implement risk management plans to address project-related challenges proactively

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Event Marketing & Digital Coordinator to support the promotion and execution of our exhibitions and conferences. This role combines event support with a strong focus on digital marketing, helping drive exhibitor engagement, visitor acquisition, and overall event visibility.
Reporting to the Event & Exhibition Director, you will assist with planning, marketing, and onsite coordination while leading day-to-day digital marketing activities. This includes supporting social media campaigns, email marketing, content creation, and performance tracking across various platforms.
The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing (Primary Focus)
· Develop and schedule social media content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to support event promotion
· Coordinate digital campaigns including email newsletters, remarketing activities, and targeted online promotions
· Support paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Meta Ads) by preparing assets, monitoring performance, and compiling reports
· Manage website updates for assigned events, ensuring accurate and engaging content
· Track digital KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and assist in optimizing strategies for stronger lead generation
· Create marketing materials and promotional content in coordination with the design and marketing teams
· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
Event Support & Coordination
· Assist with event planning activities, timelines, and project documentation
· Support exhibitor communication including updates, reminders, and promotional opportunities
· Help coordinate visitor marketing activities such as email outreach, partner promotions, and database segmentation
· Work with vendors and service providers to support marketing and operational requirements
· Participate in sponsorship support including basic outreach, follow-ups, and data collection
· Assist with onsite operations during exhibitions, ensuring smooth communication and coordination
· Contribute to post-event reporting and evaluation, collecting digital metrics and visitor data
· Provide general administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth departmental workflowities during event days
· Conduct post-event evaluations, gather data, and prepare reports on performance and areas for improvement
· Create and manage detailed event budgets, ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle
· Mentor, support, and guide junior project team members when applicable
· Contribute to wider company activities and assist in cross-functional initiatives as needed
Desired Candidate Profile
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing, events marketing, or exhibition coordination
· Hands-on experience with social media management, email marketing platforms, and basic paid ads
· Understanding of visitor acquisition strategies and online lead generation
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple deadlines with excellent organizational skills
· Basic knowledge of CRM systems or marketing automation tools is an advantage
· Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to interpret marketing data
· Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus
· Willingness to travel and support onsite operations during event periods
