Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across the corporate and government sectors
- Maintain and grow relationships with an existing client base to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Design and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, pricing, and terms of service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, operations) to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations
- Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments to inform sales strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant sales experience in the events and exhibitions industry (Mandatory)
Client Base: Must have an existing client network within the corporate and/or government sectors in the UAE
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of event production, exhibitions, and brand activations
Location: Must be currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
