Roles & Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads, focusing on high-value outside catering opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences to secure repeat business and referrals.
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to each client's specific event requirements and budget.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the booking process, ensuring all details are accurate and aligned with the catering team's capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, providing a solid foundation of industry knowledge.
- Holds relevant certifications, such as Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) or similar, demonstrating professional commitment.
- Brings 5+ years of progressive experience in outside catering sales or event management, showcasing expertise in the field.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
