Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Oversee overall office operations, including maintenance, merch, supply management, and equipment purchasing
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with service providers
- Track and maintain office assets, ensuring employees received equipment within allocated budgets
- Monitor and manage office budgets, providing accurate and timely reporting
- Coordinate office layout, ensuring that the office is clean and a good representation of Calo brand and values
Employee Experience
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including social events, birthdays, pop-ups and celebrations
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires and provide general support to visitors
- Design and manage merch for Calo employees
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collaborate with the People Partner team on various initiatives and special projects
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or any related field
- Fresh graduates or 1 year of experience is
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
