Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and high-profile social events
  • Manage multiple events concurrently while meeting tight timelines and budgets
  • Develop event concepts, schedules, and operational plans
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors, venues, and suppliers
  • Oversee event logistics, production, and on-site operations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure events align with brand guidelines and client expectations
  • Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency
  • Handle risk management and contingency planning
  • Prepare post-event reports, evaluations, and recommendations

Desired Candidate Profile

*Proven experience as an Events Manager in hotel/hospitality industry.
*Ability to manage multiple events (high end events like luxury weddings) simultaneously under tight deadlines.
