Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant will play a central role in supporting the Deputy CEO across day-to-day operations, executive coordination, and high-level engagements. This position requires excellent judgement, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
The role is suited to candidates who have previously worked in sophisticated, protocol-driven environments and are comfortable engaging with senior executives, VIP stakeholders, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Deputy CEO, managing complex schedules, priorities, and daily activities
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, itineraries, and high-level engagements both locally and internationally
- Prepare briefing packs, reports, presentations, correspondence, and executive communications
- Act as a key liaison between the Deputy CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Support executive office operations and ensure seamless coordination across business activities
- Track action items, follow-ups, and priorities to ensure timely execution and alignment
- Coordinate VIP visits, protocol requirements, and executive-level events where required
- Assist with stakeholder engagement and relationship management across senior internal and external parties
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking candidates with strong executive support experience within high-profile and fast-paced environments:
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
- Background within embassies, HNWI environments, private offices, family offices, or VIP/protocol environments strongly preferred
- Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively under pressure
- Strong understanding of executive office etiquette and protocol standards
