Roles & Responsibilities

  • This position supports a very senior individual who operates across multiple leadership capacities, including executive and board-level responsibilities. Their scope is broad, and their day moves at a very fast pace, often shifting based on business priorities, stakeholder needs, and external commitments, travel logistics, invoices. What that means in practice is that this role goes beyond traditional calendar management. It’s about owning the rhythm of their day.

    • The person would be managing a complex, constantly evolving schedule, ensuring alignment across internal teams, external stakeholders, and multiple priorities. There will be a need to anticipate changes before they happen, re-prioritize in real time, and create structure in what can sometimes feel like a very fluid environment.

    • A big part of the role is judgment. Knowing what to prioritize, how to sequence meetings, when to push back, and how to protect time while still enabling the leader to operate effectively.

    • This role plays a central part in ensuring everything comes together seamlessly on a day-to-day basis. It’s a role for someone who is highly organized, calm under pressure, and able to stay a few steps ahead at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Requirements:

    • Direct support to C-suite or board level executives

    • Experience managing complex calendars across multiple stakeholders

    • Travel logistics management (multi-country, last-minute changes)

    • Board / executive meeting coordination

    • Exposure to high-pressure environments

    Ideal backgrounds:

    • Investment firms / sovereign funds

    • Strategy consulting firms

    • Tier-1 multinational companies

    • Government authorities or holding companies in UAE
