Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing the Director's mail and email
- Sticking to his schedule
- Logistical organization of his travels
- Telephone switchboard management: incoming and outgoing calls
- Organizing meetings
- Drafting meeting minutes
- Visitor reception
- Classification of various documents
- Coordinate the flow of information with other departments
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bac +3 in Administration
- 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Good presentation

- Discretion and confidentiality
- Good mastery of computer tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in Arabic and French
